With over 10 years of criminal defense experience, the Firm has represented a number of defendants in high profile criminal cases in both Federal and State Courts. The Firm takes seriously its obligation to provide a vigorous defense to our clients. The Firm takes a hands on approach to his representation, and works hard towards helping the client fully understand the array of options available to them, and the ramifications of their choices.

IMMIGRATION LAW–

Andre Pierre heads the Firm’s Immigration Practice. Mr. Pierre has extensive experience in representing individuals from all over the world who are in need of representation before and during the processes of seeking citizenship, fighting removal proceedings, obtaining residency status, obtaining visas, as well as a variety of other immigration related problems. Mr. Pierre has written and taught extensively on the subject and is currently an Adjunct Professor of Immigration Law at Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida.
